I never have an issue at this place although Ive never been a walk-in patient here either. If you have the opportunity to schedule your appointments in advance like I do, you'll be in and out of here quickly. The Phlebotomists have always been nice and helpful by explaining the procedure every step of the way.

I have had experiences with Radiology Associates of Port Orange since 2001, when I first moved here to take care of my parents. In all these years, I can only say positive, wonderful things about the staff. Everyone has been unfailingly kind and patient since Day One. My parents are gone now, so any appointments are for me, but it meant the world to me to see my parents treated so respectfully and gently. Thank you so much for all you do.

The staff here is always professional and pleasant. I want to give a special shout-out to the young man who performs the PET scans. He is always so nice and it really is appreciated.

I love coming here for the past 11yrs. The friendliness, speed and cleanliness is perfect. Today was the first time I had a problem. I have taken kids here and never had a problem of them sitting in the back waiting room for the MRI until today. I understand the change in policies but the changes should be posted and warned. Not wait after an hour of being there and almost having to cancel my appointment. It should be posted the age restriction of being supervised. Like I said I have brought him in many times and never was an issue.

I had two different tests and they let me do one appointment My first time there was very easy to get checked in and wait until called for my first test. second test came soon after. The people there are super friendly and very helpful. No complaints from me.

Not only was this a very educational visit for me, but I was treated with exceptional kindness! I could not pay the entire amount due today before my visit, and the woman at the front desk was super helpful with making payment arrangements. When I got into the back to have my sonogram done, I believe it was Miss Jessica that did the sonogram for me. She answered all questions. I had to the best of her ability about the images. I was seeing on the sonogram screen, and I’m not sure if I would’ve wanted anybody else to have done this procedure for me. She was very gentle and explained what I was seeing. I would rate Port Orange imaging as definitely one of the best health care providing agencies if you were looking for somebody to do sonograms, x-rays, CT scans, pet scans, etc.. thank you so much again to the team and staff of Port Orange imaging for keeping my community safe and healthy

Wonderful experience. Extremely organized. Minimal waiting although the office was full of people. Got my test and results all in about 4 hours. Each employee that I dealt with was efficient and kind not only with me, but in all the interactions that I witnessed. I am so proud of the way you are serving this community. Thank you! The setting before my scan was comfortable. I brought a book with to read a little while I waited, and little is what I did because I got call so quickly. In the CT scan room, the two ladies who performed the scans were absolutely the best. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Into the scanner, scanned, and out of the scanner in just a few minutes. My best scan ever.
